Overview
APC Developement has invited Dr Stanley Chow, RICS Licensed Assessor Trainer, to share his experience on assessing APC.
In this seminar, he will explain what is the requirment to beomce a chartered surveyor in Quantity Surveying (QS) and Project Management (PM). He will also share some esstential skills to succeed in your APC to get chartered.

Dr Chow has 25 years of experience in construction industry, especially in QS and cost control field.
He received the Ph.D. in Business Administration, Bachelor Degree of Science with Honours in Quantity Surveying and Master Degree of Science in Construction Management and Economics.
He achieved both of the Fellow membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (FHKIS). He is also a Registered Professional Surveyor in the Quantity Surveying Division of Hong Kong Surveyors Registration Board (RPS(QS)) and Registered Cost Engineer of China (RCE(PRC)).
Dr Chow was honorary awarded as Member by invitation from Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) in 2018.
He has worked as the Chairman of Assessors of APC Final Interview Panels for RICS in Shanghai and Hong Kong for 15 years, and now he is one of the three RICS Licensed Assessor Trainers (LAT) in Hong Kong.
